How quickly can I get my website live?
Once we’ve received all the information we need from you we’ll book time in our project schedule to complete your site build.
The timescale will be discussed with you depending on the complexity of your project, how quickly you can provide us with information, and our availability.
As a guideline a standard website can be completed in a few weeks. If you need your new site live by a specific date, please let us know.
What do I need to send you?
We will give you a checklist of things that we will need from you which includes items such as your logo, any images you want to use, details about you and your business.
How do I send you information for my site?
We’ll send you an online form to complete to give us the basic information about your business and services. You can complete it yourself or you can book a meeting with us and we’ll complete it with you over the phone or video call.
We will give you access to an online folder where you can upload your images, logo and any other media file you want to use. Alternatively you can email us or share your own folder.
Are there any ongoing costs?
Yes. Depending on which package you choose and what kind of support you need, ongoing costs can include:
- Hosting your website
- Website maintenance and updates
- Renewals of any premium plugins we need to use as part of your website build i.e. booking systems, online store fees etc.
- Premium business email accounts.
We will discuss all ongoing costs with you before starting your project and confirm in writing.
Can I add extra pages in the future?
