How quickly can I get my website live?
Once we’ve received all the information we need from you we’ll book a day to complete the site. It’s usually within 7 days of receving everything we need but can be sooner. Let us know if you need it by a certain date.
What do I need to send you?
We will give you a checklist of things that we will need from you which includes items such as your logo, any images you want to use, details about you and your business.
How do I send you information for my site?
We’ll send you an online form to complete to give us the basic information about your business and services. You can complete it yourself or you can book a meeting with us and we’ll complete it with you over the phone or video call.
We will give you access to an online folder where you can upload your images, logo and any other media file you want to use. Alternatively you can email us.
Are there any ongoing costs?
Yes. Depending on which package you choose and what kind of support you need, ongoing costs can include:
- Hosting your website
- Website maintenance and updates
- Renewals of any premium plugins we need to use as part of your website build i.e. booking systems, online store fees etc.
- Premium business email accounts.
We will discuss all ongoing costs with you before starting your project and confirm in writing.
